SARS-CoV-2 infects human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes, impairing electrical and mechanical function

This study demonstrates that SARS-CoV-2 readily infects and replicates within human pluripotent stem cell cardiomyoctyes (hPSC-CMs), showing progressive impairment in both electrophysiological and contractile properties.

Insert Templates in Plate Map Setup

In AxIS Z, the Plate Map Setup panel is used to set up Well Groups for each treatment combination, assign controls, and assign each Well Group to the plate map. Plate map templates are included to provide recommendations for Well Groups, including control types, for a specific assay or application. Plate map templates may be loaded by selecting the Load Template option from the Well Groups drop-down menu. Pre-designed templates for specific applications such as Immuno-oncology, GPCR, Cytotoxicity, and Cell Growth are provided. Templates below the horizontal line in the menu (Example Immuno-oncology, Well-by-well, etc.) provide example plate map designs that include well assignments in the Plate Map.
